We try our utmost to do same day shipping (Monday - Friday). If you order on the weekend, we may be able to ship same day, but is likely it will be shipped the following Monday. Our delivery partners aim to get your package to you within 3-7 working days (including Saturdays). This is not inclusive of pre-orders.

*All apparel orders are made-to-order, please allow up to three weeks for production & delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer pre-orders on certain products a couple of weeks prior to us putting in an order with our suppliers.

This ensures that you get exactly what you need, without worrying about unexpected taxes, high shipping costs, or the product selling out.

We usually offer a discount on products that are pre-orders as these deliveries will take a little longer to reach you than normal orders. This may differ in some cases.

We order the products the day after the pre-order closes, to get it to us as quickly as possible. If we receive the delivery within working hours, we aim to send out any pre-orders the same day.
